CSDL and CSDX CSDX
CSDL and CSDX projector configurations were originally designed as LASERIUM show systems, but they have proven to be excellent platforms from which to launch any captivating, full-featured laser show for theme parks, international expositions, or other special venues. The core of both the CSDL and CSDX systems is the Dual RGB Section, a sub-system with integrated lumia capability. The Dual RGB Section includes six Scan Glasses (three in front of each Scan Head) and 10 lumia positions (two turrets of five each). Both systems also include a second 4-Position Section loaded with four Lumia Effect Modules, bringing the total lumia effect quantity to 14. Show playback is via two ADAT Digital Tape Decks.
The CSDX extends the CSDL capabilities further with a third projector module, the DX Section. The DX Section integrates a third PCAOM color modulator and multicolor "0th" order Effect Module, plus three Fiber-Remote Outputs, feeding up to 100 meters (total) of fiber-optic cables; these terminate in three remote RGB Scan Heads, also with three Scan Glasses each (for a total of 15 Scan Glasses in the system). It comes standard with two ADAT Digital Tape Decks. For little more than the cost of a CSL and at considerably less cost than a CSX, many of the features exclusive to the CSX -- including the full theater coverage patrons so enjoy -- are available for medium to large dome and other large screen theater installations up to about 20 meters across. Because of the laser power necessary for fiber remotes, the standard CSDX configuration is the CSDX 4000 with a 4-watt laser.
